With our previous provider, there was high turnover. We had six people manage our account in three years, which doesn’t help. Problems would come up, and they would sit on the to-do list for too long. Now, we meet with PROPIS four times a year. We go through the things that are outstanding, and they keep on top of things. They don’t let things fall by the wayside.
