PROPIS stands out from its competitors for its personalised and proactive services. To demonstrate our confidence, we do not impose a fixed-term contract on any of our existing clients. 


Our Website

PROPIS has a comprehensive Owners Portal for our clients. Once logged into the Portal, our clients can view documents related to their lots and owners corporations, including payment history, copies of fee notices, owners corporation financial statements and other important owners corporation files. Our clients may also make a request in relation to maintenance, insurance claim or general assistance via the Portal. 


Financial Arrangement

Unlike many of our competitors, which hold trust pool accounts for all of their clients, PROPIS holds separate bank accounts for each Owners Corporation. This arrangement enables all interest earned on the Owners Corporation’s funds be reserved for its members. 

Our unique database allows adaptation to any style of financial report presentation as preferred and requested by our clients. We understand that most of our competitors operate on accounting systems that do not offer such flexibility.

Upon request, we prepare Funds Analysis and Expenditure Projections for our clients. This report allows our clients to compare their budgeted level of expenditure against the actual level of expenditure at any time during the financial year. The report also produces a projected deficit / surplus to the financial year-end for the Owners Corporation.


Our Management Fees

PROPIS does not charge any hidden additional fees or disbursement. Our management fees are “flat-rate” and “all inclusive”. There will be no surprises about any unexplainable charges, such as stationery cost, telephone & fax, maintenance fee, disbursements, meeting charge, etc.
